Interpretation

Shipping Policy
At ZEN ELEMENTS SDN BHD, we are committed to delivering your motorcycle performance and aesthetic modification parts, including high-performance air filters, frame sliders, drive belts, chains, and engine oils, efficiently and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures related to the shipment of Goods from our platform.
Shipping Coverage
We currently only offer shipping within Malaysia. Orders placed from locations outside Malaysia will not be processed or fulfilled.
Shipping Fee
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Orders placed through our website. Regardless of the size, weight, or value of your Order, you will not be charged any additional shipping or delivery fees.
Shipping Timeline
We aim to process and dispatch all Orders promptly. Once an Order has been confirmed, you can expect delivery within seven (7) business days from the date of confirmation. While we strive to meet this delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as peak demand periods, public holidays, or logistics delays may occasionally cause slight variations.
If we anticipate a delay in delivering your Order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you via email or phone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Order Processing
All Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Upon successful processing, your Order will be prepared for shipment and dispatched via our partnered local courier services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your Order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email or SMS (where applicable). You may use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress of your Goods through the courier’s tracking platform.
Delivery Address and Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an Order. Any inaccuracies or missing information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries. We shall not be held responsible for Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by You.
If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing an Order, kindly contact us immediately at zen-elements@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the Order has been processed or shipped.
Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery at least once. If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempt, a notification will be left, and re-delivery may be arranged according to the courier’s policies. You may also be contacted by the courier for further instructions. Failure to receive the Goods after multiple delivery attempts may result in the Goods being returned to the Company.
Risk of Loss and Damage
All Goods are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping. Once the Goods are handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to You. In the unlikely event that your Order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Goods, along with photo evidence, so that we may investigate and assist accordingly.
Undelivered or Lost Items
If your Order does not arrive within the expected timeframe and there is no tracking update, please contact our support team at zen-elements@outlook.com. We will liaise with our courier partners to trace the shipment and resolve the issue promptly.
